Our work focus has remained on the 2 key mandates: Entrepreneurship and Education.
We believe these are vital for alleviating poverty within communities and countries.
Since commencing operations in 2013, Decipher Solutions has hosted different youth focused projects targeting young people in the FCT. These programs – in school and out of school have remained focused on areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, self-development, career management, education and social enterprise.
The programs which have taken diverse forms from online conferences, offline dialogues, conventions, competitions and self-development workshops have cumulatively engaged thousands of young people directly in discussions.
In co-operation with the public sector, private sector and NGOs, Decipher works to improve access to quality in education for teenagers and youths. Decipher also supports small businesses with requisite knowledge and resources to support sustainability.

The FCT Spelling Bee
The FCT Spelling Bee was launched as a community development service project in 2013. The competition which holds annually targets 100 participants every year.

The kids stem fair will showcase school teams and school clubs from secondary schools around FCT, sharing their stem project with hands on activities, demonstration, display and more.

Solutions Spelling Bee Competition 2019
In 2019, the Spelling Bee Competition will be expanded to cover more cities in Nigeria.
The competition will become national and will touch each of the geopolitical zones in the country thus making it possible for more students to take part in the competition.

Zainab is a social entrepreneur with years of experience working directly with youths to create community initiatives that support growth and development
Zainab holds a degree in African Development and has developed key competencies in Project design and Implementation as well as Community development service.
A seasoned project manager with years of experience in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects. Having served on committees such as the Nigerian Association of Engineers Planning Committee, she brings to the table vast experience to successfully manage projects.
Usman is an ICT professional with skills in web and software development. With combined 7 years experience that also includes proficiency in business development and project management. Usman is solutions driven, a global citizen with a passion for empowering others.
Tawakalit Kareem is a Communications Personnel who has worked with young people in the aspect of education, leadership and literacy, towards the end goal of individual and community development.
She is keen on expanding the base of knowledgeable youths, an objective which has guided her volunteering activities and development initiatives in the last 3 years.

Oluwadara is a communications consultant who has trained individuals and staff of organisations across the West Africa sub region. She is a thought leader in entrepreneurship and creates leadership for startups physically as well as via social media.
She is a Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) RLC-Accra Alumna, President, The Confluence Intellectual Development Initiative and Founder, Semantics Integrated; a communications consulting firm operating from Abuja Nigeria.
Okoh Marline Oluchi is a Social Worker, Content Creator, Freelance Writer, Social Media Strategist and Landscaper. A graduate of Crop Science and Landscape Management, her volunteering activities in the Public Health and community development sector started when she was 20, and her ability to weave words in to magic widened her horizons in to the creative arts.
She has been published on several digital and print platforms including The Henreaders Anthology, Aké Review and Mounting the Moon Anthology.
Among other things, she freelances as a Copywriter, Ghost Writer and Research writer, while volunteering with Aso Radio as a Programs Presenter.
Her goal is to keep working for, and with organisations that work towards building human capacity development and ultimately, influencing a better society.
She has been published on several digital and print platforms including The Henreaders Anthology, Aké Review and Mounting the Moon Anthology.
